Errors
I am using mxGuard with SNF and it is failing with ERROR_MSG_FILE. What is the problem?
Are all of the messages failing with ERROR_MSG_FILE or just some of them?
If it does seem that the message file was passed with a complete path, then there must be some other reason that SNF could not open the file.
1. Either the message file was gone when it got there.
or
2. There might be a permissions problem preventing SNF from opening the file.
In case 1., something (IMail/Virus scanner/etc) may have moved the file.
In case 2., the new spool directory may have been set up with permission restrictions not originally present on the first spool directory. (One would expect that mxGuard and by extension SNF would be able to access this directory, but the persistent instance may be running under different credentials depending upon how it was launched.)
If all messages are failing in SNF with ERROR_MSG_FILE then case 2 is more likely. If only some messages are failing SNF with ERROR_MSG_FILE then case 1 is more likely.
