Can I integrate Message Sniffer directly with IMail?

Generally you should use a third party utility such as Declude or mxGuard to tie SNF into IMail. Alternatively there are other tools (such as eWall or ORF) that can integrate with SNF and provide proxy and/or gateway filtering services in front of IMail. These tools provide the ability to integrate additional tests and a good deal of flexibitlity in how messages are handled. (see Tools/Filters for a more complete list of options)

For IMail systems that only need basic filtering abilities we now have a utility that integrates SNF with IMail directly. MINIMI - the MINinmal IMail Insert tool provides the ability to quarantine, delete, or deliver (with injected headers) messages based on the result code produced by the SNF scan.
