Is there a way I can check for a 0 byte .snf file?

It is important that you use the snf2check.exe utility (found in the distribution file) to validate your .snf files before placing them in service. Also, be sure you have the latest version of SNF also. The snf2check utility will return an error if the .snf file is incomplete or corrupted.
